Torsion axles are sand blasted and painted in house - they do have an estimated lead time of ~4 weeks.

This product does qualify for the advertised $1.00 shipping.

Brake and idler end units are available in the related products. 

Raw metal axles will ship in 2-3 business days and will come with surface rust from storage and shipping. All raw axles will require sanding / sealing and will not include the brake line holders - you will have to weld these on yourself or find an alternative method for holding the brake lines.
